Duties to include:

  • Create exciting designs internet/website
  • Looking after all social media
  • Maintaining our website
  • Looking after all web sales
  • Inputting of all used cars including all photo's and video content
  • Running the live chat on our website
  • Answering all sales emails
  • Make appointments for sales team
  • Making of adverts for the business
  • Working within a young team
  • To create materials for print use
  • Creating engaging social media content and imagery for this
  • Use of Design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects ect.
  • Some video editing skills would be useful to record and edit videos for the company.
  • Identifying problems and fixing faults
  • Training will be given

Rawlinson Group mechanics take great care in quality services, ensuring that each repair or maintenance job meets our strict high standards of practice. We will take care of everything from MOT’s, servicing and tyres.

You will receive first class training in all the latest servicing and diagnostic techniques to enable you to better help your customers whether they need a standard service, MOT or wanting an engine/gearbox rebuild.

Main dealers for Renault,Dacia and Mitsubishi 

Day to day tasks will vary but include:

• Servicing – carrying out checks

• MOT’s – identifying parts with wear and tear

• Vehicle Maintenance – replacing / repairing engine parts

• Diagnostics – using the latest diagnostic equipment

• Maintaining repair and service records

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Sector: Automotive Working Week: 8:30 – 5:30.

As a Product Genius you will inspire and excite customers in the dealership with in-depth product information and insight. The role of a Product Genius is to promote brand products through selling the features and benefits. A Product genius will offer an exceptional customer experience and service by building a genuine rapport with the customer.

Role Responsibility

  • Keeping up to date with the latest product information.
  • Providing customers with specification information about all brand products.
  • Ensuring all dealership staff are up to date on the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard. 
  • Planning and managing the customer test drive process with the Transaction Executive and offering product insight during the test drive appointment.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
  • Pro-actively approaching customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need any help.
  • Supporting the Transaction Executive with insight and product knowledge for customers, when required.
  • Guiding customers to the Transaction Executive when they express an interest to buy.
  • Creates a winning customer experience by identifying and anticipating their needs. 
  • Assures that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Job Description

Acts as liaison between customers and service department by communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems and repair timeline, and expressing customer concerns to service department. Displays exemplary customer service skills and a sales-minded attitude.

Service Advisor Job Roles

  • Communicates with clients about vehicle problems, service plans, and warranty issues
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers
  • Approaches transactions with sales-minded professionalism and suggestively sell products and services to clients, including making clients aware of all packages and retail options available
  • Answers customer questions about services, including when to expect vehicle repairs
  • Displays extensive knowledge about products and services
  • Ensures customer vehicle is finished on time and details for customer services rendered and costs for those services, ensuring satisfaction at every step of interaction
  • Uses all methods of customer communication, including online bookings, phone calls, and in-person interactions, to schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups
  • Communicates with technicians about vehicle statuses, and ensures that vehicles will be ready for customer on time
  • Acts as an advocate for clients when communicating vehicle problems and needs to repair department
  • Liaises with technicians about parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when vehicle repairs require them, and communicates any time restrictions to customers in timely manner
  • Processes customer payments
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of service department
  • Sales of service plans and extended warranties
  • We use Pinewood/Pinnacle this would be an advantage if you have work with this in the past but not accentual as training will be given

Basic salary £22,000 OTE £27,000+
