My husband Tony Cameron has just leased a brand new Renault Captur from Rawlinson’s using the Motability Scheme. Fantastic service from start to finish. Tom Garland was exceptional! We found him to be personable, friendly, extremely helpful and he went above and beyond to make the whole experience (very new to us) both seamless but also stress free. Tom made my husband Tony (anxious about changing to a brand new automatic car) completely at ease on the test drive and also spent a long time with him when we collected the vehicle, patiently explaining everything that he needed to know. All questions answered in a kind, easygoing manner (not at all patronising or condescending), as some salesman can be at other companies! The whole team were great!
