    Jordan Francis was very helpful polite and offered us a drink on our first visit and when we collected the car. Jordon said he would call me on the 29th December to check if everything was fine with the car. I was working but he left a voice message for me. I know I wasn’t offered a test drive but to be honest I didn’t think about it until I was on my way home. Therefore I would still like Jordon to have a 10 he was a pleasure to deal with and certainly excellent with customer service

    I would like to thank Rawlinsons, and especially the man who picked up and delivered my car back home to me after its service today. 


    Not being able to walk very far at the moment, I was worrying how to get my car serviced before winter starts setting in. Now it's all done and I can concentrate on getting well again. 


    You are absolute STARS! I didn't catch my shining knight's name, but please pass on my gratitude.
